We can help you to ascertain exactly where your athletes are with regards the key components of fitness specific to their sports, their strengths and weaknesses, player performance profiling, left / right asymmetries, prehab from injuries etc.
The process initially begins with a functional movement screen – This gives us key feedback on players movement ability/efficiency.

From this the management team will receive a report relating to the overall fitness levels of the team and the more specific details relating to each individual.
And the report will also include precise training programs for each player to improve overall functional capacity whilst also improving key areas of weakness for the athlete.
There is also an option to consult with EXACT performance throughout the year, with regards periodisation of training, nutrition, implementation of new drills, developing patterns of play etc
